Cancellation Policy

At Kimberly White & Co., our time, as well as others, is very important. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to postpone/reschedule your procedure. Please understand that such changes affect not only your artist but other clients as well. If you need to reschedule an already existing appointment you can carry your booking fee over to the new appointment if you reschedule within 24 hrs. This is a one-time courtesy. However, if you reschedule more than the one time you will forfeit your booking fee and be required to pay the full price of the desired procedure before a new appointment is scheduled. ALL BOOKING FEES AND PRE-PAID SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! Any client that does not show up for a scheduled appointment, will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay for any future appointments in full before rescheduling.
